Marks Meat Inc.
Since 1964 Marks Meat has used experience as both the farmer and the butcher to develop the best beef anywhere. Our beef spends their entire life on our family farm in Canby, OR, where they roam over our 200+ acres. The cows are raised on pasture and Oregon-grown alfalfa, with a light grain finish for taste and marbling. When it comes time for processing they only have to travel a few feet from where they were raised. They are process by the same people that raise them, so the utmost care is given to make sure the entire USDA-approved process is completely humane. All beef is dry-aged before processing to develop flavor and ensure tenderness. We NEVER use any antibiotics, added hormones or steroids. We also sell lamb from SuDan Farms
